We provide commercial cleaning services, including office cleaning, medical office cleaning, janitorial services, post-construction cleaning, and move-in and move-out cleaning for businesses and properties throughout the Phoenix metro area and surrounding communities in Arizona.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason permitted by law, including situations that present safety, health, or legal concerns.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates and quotes are non-binding unless provided in writing. Pricing is based on the information available at the time of the estimate, including facility size, scope of work, and frequency of service.

The final price may vary based on the actual scope of work, materials, site conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered before or during the job. We will communicate any material changes before proceeding where reasonably possible.

3. Payments

This website does not collect or process payments. All payments are handled outside of the website through arrangements made directly with us.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service. Failure to pay amounts owed may result in lawful collection actions, and you may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with collection as permitted by law.

4. Appointments and Access

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property or facility at the scheduled time. Pets, hazards, and sensitive or valuable items should be secured in advance.

If our team is unable to access the property or safely perform the work at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply where agreed.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

• We may send two types of messages: service messages related to scheduling, quotes, and your account, and marketing or promotional messages.
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
